Construction Project Manager with 20 years experience looking for his next project.
I just completed a project in Tres Rios Brazil. The project was completed ahead of schedule and 20 % under budget. I went to the Tres Rios job site with the civil construction running three months behind schedule. I planned and scheduled my team in such a manner that we had the customer manufacturing product ahead of schedule. This meant that I had to think outside of the box and install all equipment, conveyance and production related items before the building was complete. Our customer was shipping product before windows and doors were on the building.
If you are looking for a construction project manager that is not afraid to think outside the box on your construction projects, I would like to have a talk with your director of projects. At a glance my resume includes:
• Masters Degree in Business Management
o Certified Project Management
• Over twenty five years in construction:
o Oil fields
o Refineries
o Chemical Plants
o Food processing plants
o Manufacturing plants
o Commercial and residential construction
I have experience from the ground up; I have worked as a Journeyman level Machinist, Journeyman level Precision Millwright, Certified Pipe welder and a Structural Steel Welder. As such I have a very good understanding of each stage of the construction project. I have worked in five countries, as well as all quadrants of the United States. With my experience I am well suited to fit in to any work environment, and work with all kinds of people.
Thank you for your consideration,
Monti Marsters
