Whether working my own contracts or those of multi-million dollar companies I have consistently made my objective to bring in every single project on time and under budget while maintaining extremely high quality. I have always felt that a well managed project should exceed customers’ expectations each and every time.
To familiarize you with my work history I have enclosed my resume. While it illustrates my work history and training, it cannot communicate my passion for the trades. Here are few more things you should know about me:
I am a working superintendent. I work side by side with my guys and never miss an opportunity to teach or learn.
I am a problem solver. I have always been able to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of whatever may arise from acquiring materials and subcontractors to staffing to mechanical issues.
I am skilled in all phases of construction and have done projects ranging from new homes, log homes and BOCA modular to new construction of K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Steve & Barry’s, medical offices, strip malls, and refreshing and remodeling century old homes, Motel 6 and LaQuinta Inns.
I am adept at developing good working relationships with the property owners and communicating every stage of the construction process.
I am competent at reading and applying prints and working with the architect to achieve the desired results.
I have great pride in my craft and as such have made it a lifetime goal to learn everything about building from foundations and framing to finish, electrical and plumbing.
Based on my experience and commitment I know I will add value to your team. I look forward to discussing my qualifications with you in more detail and am available for an interview at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Stuart Rochester
