More than twenty years in construction supervision and project management. Strong experience in problem solving, dispute resolution, estimating, scheduling, purchasing and project close out. Field Project Manager
Menemsha Construction Services, Inc. was retained by JP Morgan / CHASE as a Project Management Company (PMC) for the rebrand of 400+ sites in Florida, Georgia, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. My team was responsible for Florida West which encompassed a 50 mile radius around Tampa and Orlando. Responsible for pre-construction activities, such as site surveys, scope of work development, coordination with clients, Architects and City officials. I was responsible for the accurate take off and ordering of all vendor items associated with each branch. As the construction manager I was responsible for evaluating and processing the General Contractors used to perform the re-branding including contracts, change directives, pay applications and Lien Releases. Once construction started I was responsible for upwards of 15 projects going at any one time, assuring the adherence to all project specifications on each of my sites. All of my team’s projects finished on time and in budget.

Complete project responsibility from job acquisition to client orientation. In charge of the storm water contract for Hillsborough County School District (7th largest school district in the United States). In addition, Apollo Construction also managed contracts for the City of St. Petersburg plumbing and Pasco County Waste water treatment facilities. During my tenure, I solicited, bid and was awarded a negotiated contract for multi million dollar renovation of a 120 unit student housing apartment complex in Tampa, servicing USF students. My time at Apollo Construction broadened my view and the scope of my projects widely.

General Superintendent / Field Project Manager
Schedule, monitor and inspect all work from start to customer handover. Training and mentoring new superintendents on processes and expectations is an additional task of the GSS. When needed I was available to assist in the buy out process and sub contract negotiations. Review / approve submittals, RFI’s and payment applications. I coordinated daily with client, Architect and third party vendors. I was responsible for the supervision of up to 15 superintendents in various locations throughout the country. During my entire tenure, I traveled extensively throughout the US.

Schedule and monitor construction activities on custom luxury homes located in several northern Greenville County developments. Consulted with architects on design and worked with clients on lot selection and then on all phases of their new home. Supervised three superintendents and two warrantee specialists to assure company standards were adhered to. I developed and implemented a customer turn over and warrantee program that resulted in fewer call backs and greater overall customer satisfaction. I was accountable for all activities from lot selection to customer key ceremony.

Video retailer engaged in the business of renting video tapes and DVD’s. As project manager, I worked hand in hand with the real-estate team member. It was my responsibility to assure that all construction related due diligence was completed. I was responsible for review of the Lease and the inclusion of “Exhibit C†if applicable. I worked closely with the architects to develop the “Standards†to be used in all future construction. I was also involved in the “new prototype†design, working closely with team members from the design and operations departments.
