I am a Problem Solver; not just an identifier. I have always been put into situations where the jobs are behind and need to be reorganized and it is my job to bring them in on time. I am also inserted where the relationship with the client or municipality has deteriorate and they need to be repaired. I am well skilled at working with residents, inspectors, sub-contractors, owners and government officials at resolving difficult situations with profitable solutions. I adapt very quickly to the styles of the different agencies to accomplish what I need to complete the job. I am computer literate with Cad and Estimating experience as well as a former business owner of a construction co. and know the value of time and money spent correctly.

I can take a job from the due diligence to bidding stage to the final punch out list. I am experienced in all phases of site work, heavy highway and commercial construction as well as residential housing both individual and town house projects. I have worked at all levels of State, County, and Federal projects including B.W.I. Airport. I am a team player and enjoy working as a team member, but can work on my own when the situation requires it just as efficiently. I know how to set up budgets and schedules and keep them on track.

Managed the every day operations of up to 7 sites at a time spread out over 2 states.
Took over Heritage Shores Golf Course and Club House in Bridgeville, Delaware 4 months behind schedule and delivered an $18.6 clubhouse,$ 6.3 aquatic center and a $6.8 million golf course including a $1.6 maintenance facility on time.
Redesigned and submitted a new $4.6million PUD for Lakelands [at] Easton, Md., property purchased from Ryan Homes and completed 6 months ahead of projections set by home office.
Plantation Lakes, Millsboro, Delaware. Took over Phase 1 project from partnership for Lennar 9 months & $30.2 million in cost overrun and completed Phase 1 development $4 million under estimated cost to complete and on delivery schedule set after take over.
