Successfully staffed and managed the Environmental Department and a $2.5MM annual budget; conducted an environmental programs and compliance office turnaround, re-engineered the environmental programs and compliance. Managed NPDES, aquifer protection permits and wetland delineation, permitting, mitigation, habitat restoration and storm water pollution prevention planning (SWPPP) and management in collaboration with facilities authorized/permitted by the 1) Army Corps of Engineers, 2) Bureau of Reclamation, and 3) other Federal and State Government Agencies.
