Assigned to CH2MHILL in support of FEMA’s Strike Team Recovery Initiative for Hurricane IKE. These support assignments are in the State of Texas. I am a QC/QA inspector over Mobile homes and Park model trailers. In this position I over see various Sub-contractors and perform Q/C inspections of the mobile homes and Park models,. I also performed site assessments, permitting, interface with FEMA, Stale & Local authorities, Conform to State/Local building codes, Apply FEMA policies, purposes, and goals, Ensure effective customer service, and customer feedback.
Reported and interfaced with CH2MHILL engineering and construction departments through meetings, and various documentation reports, etc.
Nevada Power New Generation 6/2007 to 3/2008
Project Manager Consultant
Development of various work breakdown structures (WBS) for the support of two each super critical 750 MW coal fired plants in Ely, Nevada. Consulting and overseeing power routing conceptual designs, Water Feasibility studies, and geotechnical Documents, Environmental issues, cost estimates, Scope of work development, interfacing with EPC contractors, etc.
Scope Of Work required consulting with various power companies in Canada for design development and reviews of a 2,500 man worker village. This included sewer treatment plant, electrical requirements, potable water supply, project scheduling, conceptual designs. Permitting requirements meeting with land development personnel, Environmental issues, etc
Project manage the beginning (Excavation stages) of a 500MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. Prepare for project management of plant installation and overseeing the EPC contractor in his construction activities.
Texas Gulf Engineering 1/2007 to 7/2007
Site Project Coordinator
In this position I was responsible for a field office staff of 3 Construction inspectors, 1 project secretary and 3 contractors with multiple of sub-contractors. The scope of this project was to oversee the construction of 15 ea 50 ft. in diameter and 80ft. high elevated rice silo bins. My duties included;
A) Installation of fumigation system, conveyor system, elevator system, aeration fans, 805 16â€x16â€x45’ piles driven 38’ into the ground to support elevated concrete slabs, Safety program, surveying, land fill and grading.
B) Review Change Orders, contracts administration, chair project status meetings, client interface and final inspection/acceptation of documents.

Assigned to CH2MHILL in support of FEMA’s Strike Team Recovery Initiative for Hurricane Katrina. These support assignments were in Alabama and New Orleans, LA.
In Alabama I installed travel trailers in State parks, performed Q/C inspections of travel trailers, performed site assessments, and pad lease agreements. Interface the delivery and setup of travel trailers & mobile homes, direct sub-contractors in the installation process of utilities and final inspection of travel trailer and mobile homes, QA/QC inspections activities; I performed individual property lease agreements, installation of sewerage treatment plants, assign inspectors to each activity.
In N.O. I was a team leader and oversaw a ninety (90) Q/A & Q/C personnel team. We installed travel trailers in private residences, developed small community sites, and performed Q/C inspections of travel trailers, site assessments, and pad lease agreements.

In this position my responsibilities were to consult and interface with the EPC team and also the Real Estate team to locate property for the construction of Headend buildings, towers, and Satellite stations for Charter Communications.
This was a ten (10) state, seventeen (17) buildings (with towers & satellite dishes) and one (1) warehouse/office complex.
I was responsible for a 40+MM budget and had 6 project managers reporting to me. I was responsible for Project Manager's located in the customer's region for installation of Cable TV, Telco, Internet, Voice, Video, and Data facilities within the headends. These facilities consist of new constructed buildings ranging from 2,400 SF to 6,000 SF in size. Also a 22,000 SF office building. Coordinate all aspects of the projects.

In these positions I was responsible for supervision of multiple discipline craft personnel (Union and Non-union) for the installation, testing, and startup, of rotating equipment along with piping, electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
I was part of a team of supervisors that oversaw the installation and modification of a Westinghouse 3800 MW high-pressure and low-pressure main turbine. Also supervised both the construction and engineers with the overhauling of three Cooper Bessemer
