SUMMARY
As a successful General Contractor and owner of small construction business, I had the opportunity to participate in the start up of two Waste businesses along the way. While managing the waste business through budgeting and business development, I was also successful managing multiple constructions crews and residential projects ranging from 100,000 to 1.5 million dollar projects in the residential market. My background in business development, budgeting, manpower management and my eye for detail allowed me to move into the industrial/commercial market. My experience in this market has polished my current knowledge and led me to successfully manage a 3 million dollar budget for carpenters while being one of four site managers overseeing a 150 million dollar CO2 Carbon Capture Project, the first in the United States.
