While accumulating over 10 years of experience in Hospitals, Insurance and Staffing companies in the Midwest, I have held responsible positions in Client Management, Recruiting and Staffing Coordination. While employed:
• As a Mental Health Worker, I was part of a client management team, which also included a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Activity Therapist and a Social Worker. I managed patients and patient groups to help them attain goals established in team meetings.
• As a Staffing Coordinator for a 260-bed hospital I created and managed monthly work schedules covering nursing and unit secretary needs for all hospital units, working between groups and with nursing pool agencies to fill scheduled and unscheduled vacancies.
• As a technical recruiter I recruited for the Big Three automotive companies filling engineering, professional and administrative positions.
