Greetings, at this time, I am seeking career advancement in the commercial, retail and public facility and project management field. In the past twenty years, I have been in the unique position to develop my skills on a wide array of facilities and projects. Although the projects have varied, I have been able to strengthen my core experience areas of: design, specifications, contract administration, estimating, codes, permitting, construction management and facility auditing as well as Life Safety inspections.
Most recently, I managed, supervised and coordinated multiple projects at various Northeast Airport, Federal and Navy facilities. The recent facility design and contract management experience has included coordinating in-house and out-sourced teams for completion of design-build ventures, including multiple material fabricators, coatings and equipment vendors, energy service companies (ESCOs), environmental remediators and historic preservation as well as security/fire system installations.
My North Eastern States experience included historic preservation, accessible rehab and telecommunication cell sites. I have actively participated in a web base project delivery system with consultants, vendors and contractors for one of my previous employers.
I have current certification as a Commercial Mechanical and Building Inspector as well as continuing my track for PMI Certification. My travels and experiences throughout Northeast Canada and United States, Southern United States, the Caribbean and Central America has enhanced my communications skills and enabled me to interact with people from varied backgrounds. It is these qualities that I offer and look for further growth and development with possibly your company.
I would prefer to maintain my home base in Central New England; however, work related travel stateside or abroad would not be an issue.
Please do not hesitate with any inquiry from your office regarding possible future employment or to discuss my qualifications or salary history. I welcome the opportunity to compliment your professional staff.
Sincerely,
Nicholas A. Perez
Project/QC Manager
