• Project architect on miscellaneous projects for the MGM Mirage Corporation. Responsibilities included Building Dept. / Zoning Authority interface; managing production efforts, construction administration and client interface. Projects included the Yellowtail Restaurant at the Bellagio Casino; Monte Carlo Casino Street of Dreams Retail renovation including The Frozen Drink Bar and Starbucks tenant improvements.
• Monte Carlo Resort Casino Fire Remediation, Las Vegas, NV. for MGM. Instrumental in the remediation effort to reopen the property within 30 days due to the fire of 2008. Included twice-daily crises management mtgs; direct coordination with government agencies, the client, the contractor and insurance reps. Managed demo and construction packages, exiting analysis and other documents required by the local Building Department; this included demolition and restoration of the damaged South facade, roof and floor levels 1-32. I also provided damage assessment insurance documentation and was responsible for performing construction administration services and establishing / implementing accelerated punch-list procedure for the rapid release of rooms back to the hotel.
• Tropicana Resort Casino, Las Vegas, NV. – Implemented responsible control measures as the sole Nevada registered architect: production of five packages submitted to the building department for this multi-phased multi-billion dollar +10,000 guest room +11 million square ft. hospitality project. This included interfacing between owner and government officials; pursuing initial entitlements - Clark County Land Use notice of final action; coordinating phasing agreements and exiting documents.
• Tropicana Resort Casino, Las Vegas, NV. - Responsible for managing production and coordinating modified conditions / phased demolition / exiting packages with the intent of maintaining operations throughout construction.

• Caesar's Forum Shops Expansion: for Simon Properties: Project architect responsibilities from the completion of construction documents to project close out. This included managing production of various revision packages and construction administration.
• Palms Place Condo Hotel Spa: at the Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas, NV. - Responsible for overseeing production and performing construction administration services from design development through construction for this 300 million Hotel Condo Spa project.
• Black Oak Casino: Tuolumne, California - Responsible for overseeing production and performing construction administration services from design development to completion of this 55 million dollar 165,000 square foot hospitality project that included: four restaurants, a bowling facility, 3000 square feet of casino gaming and associated support.
• Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Office Building: Las Vegas, NV. – Responsible for production and coordination of construction documentation for this 285,000 sq. ft. facility. This included integrating, into the design and documenting inclusion of an NMR facility.
• Bishop Gorman private High School: Las Vegas, NV responsible for production and planning of the exterior facilities including the football stadium and sporting fields
• McCarran International Airport: Las Vegas Project Architect responsibilities for airport wide acoustical study program.

• Venetian Casino Resort, Las Vegas, NV – Managed production and construction administration services for this large scale hospitality development. Included preliminary planning, design and theming production. This project consisted of a +3,000 guestroom main tower with a +1,100 guestroom boutique tower. The separate components include the casino, hotel registration areas, restaurants, show theaters, parking garage facilities and associated support spaces.
• Sands Convention Center and Meeting Room Complex, Las Vegas, NV – Managed production and construction administration services for the exposition space, meeting rooms and an 80,000 square foot Grand Ballroom with kitchen and support facilities.
• Delmonico Restaurant, Las Vegas, NV – tenant fit-out at the Venetian Casino Resort.
• Canyon Ranch, Las Vegas, NV – tenant fit-out for luxury spa at the Venetian Casino Resort.
• Amgen Center, Cambridge, MA – 350,000 GSF laboratory research building
• BioSquare II, Boston, MA - 200,000 GSF lab building: combines institutional research & private-sector
• Adelson Drug Clinic, Las Vegas, NV – 1,500 SF T.I. renovation convert to medical clinic.
• Clearfield Hospital, Clearfield, PA - Master plan for phased expansion of medical facility.
• Clearfield Hospital, Clearfield, PA - Cancer Care Center Addition with linear accelerator and associated rehabilitation facility.
• Northern Michigan University, Renovations/Additions, Glenn T. Seaborg Science Complex, Marquette, MI - 140,000 GSF. Production coordination for addition and 120,000 GSF renovations.
