Installed 30amp thru 100 amp bus duct disconnects, combo motor starters, 4-20 milli amp control circuits along with the pipe and wire. Project Foreman
Responsible for bringing in multiple, million dollar electrical projects on time and exceeding profit goals with outstanding customer satisfaction. Customers included: Filenes’s, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Smith and Nephew. Led the company in project profit for 2006. Performed many projects (Noble & Greenough, Nantucket Whaling Museum and Fidelity Investments) as the on-site foreman/project manager.

- Supervising crews of up to 45 electricians.
- Coordination with other trades to produce a project with little or no wasted time

- Salvaged numerous customer relationships after taking over behind schedule and over-budget projects

- Trained junior foreman to layout, coordinate and supervise a crew of up to 16 electricians
- Reduced labor costs by setting up a prefab area with apprentices to pre-assemble electrical fittings and racks thereby making the licensed electricians more productive.
