Senior Estimator
Primary duties include plan and specification review, preparing estimates and formulating proposals for all types of government general construction projects. Much of our work is negotiated and some of it is competitive bid. I do take offs for work that we self perform, solicit and analyze subcontractor bids, prepare preliminary budget proposals and review potential bid opportunities. We do work in several states.

Responsibilities included: plan and specification review, collecting cost data from subcontractors and vendors, computing material and labor costs, formulating and presenting bids and proposals for competitive bid projects, design-bid-build, fixed price and negotiated work. Collaborated with architects and engineers during design phases helping to define owner’s design parameters and budget constraints. Performed jobsite inspections and monitored work performance and quality.
