- OPEN FOR RELOCATION –
Dear Employer,
Because of current market conditions and high unemployment, I am sure you have many candidates and few Project Manager positions to fill. With this letter and resume, please allow me to add to your cadre; but, may I also give a few reasons why you might want to call me ahead of other qualified candidates should and appropriate position become available?
You will note that my educational and professional background is broad and includes experience in retail, up out of the ground, renovations and office fit-outs. Because of this range of experience, I am able to bring insight and the ability to relate well to individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
Working within the industries of commercial and residential organizations has enabled me to develop an eye for the bottom line. Whether it be budgetary or profit-enhancing, I am continually evaluating systems and methods to make them more efficient and productive.
Incredulous as it may sound, I appreciate and welcome change. I am known for my abilities as a change agent. However, while I may embrace change-technologically or otherwise - I recognize that many do not. Therefore, from a management standpoint, I look for ways to make transitions more tolerable for the people in my charge.
While my resume is comprehensive, it does not fully demonstrate the manner in which I have achieved success. My character, personality, and the ability to effectively lead a project or team could be evidenced in a personal meeting. Therefore, I would welcome an interview to further discuss your needs and my qualifications. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Respectfully,
Kevin E. Vondran
