• Robinson Oil Corporate Headquarters, Santa Clara, CA. Preconstruction efforts on new
headquarters for Robinson Oil
• Regal Cinemas at LA Live. Los Angeles, CA $29 million 14 cinema theater project located in
downtown Los Angeles. Led all budgeting and preconstruction efforts
• H5, San Francisco, CA $1.75 million multi floor tenant improvement located at 71 Stevenson
• Intuit, San Francisco, CA $1.1 million office build out located at 71 Stevenson
• Lonetree Center, Brentwood, CA 3 million, the project consisted of multiple ground up
buildings with over 35,000 sf of site multi colored sidewalk, planters and landscaping. The
structure was wood framed self performed by DHS with multicolored stucco. The project was
fast track to get national retail chains in for business
• Metroplex Office Centre - Concord, CA $35 million, 237,250 sf 10-story concrete frame, design
build, Class “A” office building in downtown Concord. This campus is the first phase that will
include another identical tower, and a six-level, on-site $10 million, 524, 601 sf 1,971 car parking
structure. It will have distinctive arctic blue glass and granite exterior with two-story entry lobbies
built with imported Italian marble walls and floors
• Cypress Hotel - Cupertino, CA $26 million, nine-story, design build, four-star hotel with 224 guest
rooms, several meeting rooms and a high-end restaurant. The exterior is a blend of stucco and precast,
in an Italian-Venetian theme, with a grand water feature at the hotel entry drive. The concrete
structure is poured-in-place, post-tensioned deck and EIFS exterior. Three levels of the 45,000 sf 171-
car parking structure are subterranean
• 400 Castro Street - Mountain View, CA $36.1 million, 370,000 sf four-story, design build, Class A
office building. Cast in place below grade parking structure, six-story structural office building above.
Exterior is imported German Stone using a Cygnus System
• EmeryStation 3 Parking Garage - Emeryville, CA $12.3 million, 251,000 sf, design build, parking
structure. One level below grade, four levels above. Cast in place parking structure, 702 stalls
• Residence Inn by Marriott - Pleasanton, CA $9 million, 100,000 sf hotel. 135 guest rooms, three
building wood framed structure with an EIFS exterior
• San Francisco Towers - San Francisco, CA $77 million. 250 unit life care facility, which includes a
skilled nursing facility requiring OSHPD inspections, thirteen levels above grade and four levels
below grade parking
• U.S. Geological Survey Menlo Park - Menlo Park, CA $30 million, three levels of laboratory and
office space
