French M. Robertson Maximum Security Prison - Abilene, TX.
This 2,250-bed maximum-security prison located upon 70 acres for the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice consisted of 23 structures predominantly of precast concrete panel construction and
equipped with the most updated security systems available; infrastructure systems and outdoor
activities areas were included. Extensive claims evaluation & resolution performed at completion of
the project. 1993. $60 million.

Project Manager, Fairview Construction, Inc., Auburn Hills, MI.
State of Michigan, Department of Management and Budget – Detroit Regional Correctional
Facilities (DRCF), Detroit, MI.
Construction of 17 buildings and site development for DRCF; building types were reinforced
concrete and steel frame structures for medium security, maximum security, administration, medical
and food services. Highlighted tasks included numerous claims evaluation, preparation and
presentation in arbitration. Expert witness for similar projects and dispute resolution consultation
were performed. $40 million.

The Townsend Hotel is a four-story, post-tensioned concrete structure with a 50-car underground
parking facility. The exterior of the 87-room executive hotel is a combination of brick and precast
concrete in European styling. $9.5 million.

Exterior renovation – site lighting, concrete curbs and streets, underground utilities, landscaping.

Hotel Ponchartrain - Detroit, MI.
Renovation of the 26-floor, 432-guest room hotel included all guest rooms, public areas, two
kitchens, two bars, restaurant, as well as fire protection systems (wet and electrical); unique project
