I would like to apply for any open position within your company in the construction or maintenance departments in the state, out of the state or international. Enclosed is my resume, which shows that I am uniquely qualified in this field and I can be a great asset to your company. Please consider me for any open position in the Architectural, Construction Manager, Project Manager or Construction Superintendent fields.
I have had experience in the construction field, in both the United States and Mexico. I have managed construction projects up to 10 million dollars and delivered them on time. I lived in the cities of Tampico and Veracruz, Mexico working on the construction of two LDS temples as a project manager. I was the only one on my team working with two LDS buildings at the same time, besides contributing on the translation of both the U.S. standard drawings and specifications. I traveled extensive throughout the Mexican States, coordinating, supervising and scheduling with the construction companies and the architect on the construction of ten LDS temples.
I have lived in the U.S for 26 years where I learned the construction system working in the architectural, engineering and the general contractor areas. I have a lot of experience in all areas of the construction field in the U.S. and in Mexico.
I started my professional life in Mexico as an architect (project manager) for the LDS church and as an independent architect and general contractor.
I look forward to meeting with you to discuss any open position within your company in the construction or maintenance departments and I thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
