This was a DotCom company with a website where customers could review the cellular service plans for 13 carriers nationwide. It was an avante guard undertaking. I was promoted from the DSL Sales department to the Marketing department to spear head a business to business portion of the website. For 18 months I analyzed other sites and gathered information on what worked, what was user friendly and how to position the offerings for ePhones B2B platform. Regretfully the company ran out of money before the B2B portion could be launched, but I learned more about Internet ecommerce from this job than from any other position I have ever had.

Reporting to the Northern CA. District Manager, I was responsible for multiple retail locations where Internet access was demonstrated and monthly subscriptions sold. I also headed up the Internet-In-A-School Program that was offered in conjunction with Pacific Bell’s “Education First†Program where I was the initial contact to N.
