SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Cost-conscious and deadline-driven construction professional who possesses 20 plus years of diversified experience supervising the building and renovation of medical imaging, commercial, luxury/custom residential, and religious facilities. Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal relationship, and problem solving skills. Track record showcases proven abilities in establishing strong client, employee, and subcontractor relationships as well as completing projects on schedule and within budget.
Adept in reading blueprints and specifications. Knowledgeable regarding the construction specifics required to build medical radiological, commercial, custom/luxury residential and church environments. Computer proficiencies include MS Office, MS Project, Prologue, Shur-Trak, Expedition, and Quick-Bids. Prior experience as a journeyman carpenter and lead man; groundout to turn-key.
Performs onsite supervision of subcontractors. Prepares detailed work schedules and updates them weekly. Generates daily and weekly progress reports; leads weekly site progress meetings with subcontractors. Communicates regularly with owners and vendors.
SELECTED PROJECTS
• On site supervision of 11,600-square-foot, three phase renovation of a privately owned radiological facility. Completing the project as scheduled, on budget, and with short punch lists.
• Directed—from ground-out to turnkey—an 8,900-square-foot CMU and steel, high end, private, radiological imaging center in eight months, within budget.
• Supervised numerous radiological and imaging Tenant Improvement renovation and addition projects within private hospitals and VA Medical Centers. These projects included MRIs, Linear Accelerators, PET/CTs, CTs, Nuclear Cameras, and R&F/X-ray Rooms, ranging in size from a few hundred square-feet to a few thousand square feet.
• Spearheaded the on-time, on-budget completion of a 6,500-square-foot radiological imaging center.
• Oversaw construction of a 16,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up, steel, and CMU Catholic church with classrooms, completing the project within budget and nearly six weeks ahead of contract schedule.
• Recruited to put a project involving the construction of 24 - 3,400 square foot, high-end, luxury mountain homes (single family, duplex, and triplex) back on track; once back on track, the units received certificates of occupancy and closed to an owner, on schedule, every two to three weeks with short punch lists.
