Project Engineer/designer for the reconstruction of Michigan Avenue between Cass and Campus Maritus, including pavement replacement, complex MOT planning and design, lighting, signing and pavement markings. Project involved coordination with MDOT, City of Detroit (CED, TED, DWSD, Municipal Parking, etc) and private utilities. Design focused on rebuilding the roadway, streetscape and new lighting to enhance lighting levels, provide better aesthetics, maintaining the look of the corridor to provide users with a beatified viable facility for years to come.
-WB I-696 Service Drive from Dequindre to Couzens, Oakland County, Michigan
Project Engineer/designer responsible for the layout and grading of all proposed ADA approved sidewalk curb-ramps and cross-walks. The overall project involved the rehabilitation of the WB Service Drive between Dequindre and Couzens. The project utilized ARRA funding and log job plans.
