In 22 years, have been involved with many aspects of site development from preliminary layout to plan finalization for various land uses.
Last 5 years worked in Commercial Department designing and supervising the generation of landscape, tree protection and replacement plans for various projects ranging from branch banks, churches, schools, hospitals, to self-storage facilities. Duties included: jurisdictional compliance, existing tree inventories, stream and zoning buffer replanting, detention pond re-vegetation, cost estimating, and post-installation inspections. Worked in Builder Services Department providing grading, drainage and erosion control plans for residential lots in conformance with various metropolitan Atlanta area county governments—on-site sewage treatment & A.R.C. plans included. Responsibilities also include: supervision of staff of 3 Cad technicians, training in the basics of site grading and plan preparation, and liaison with builders.
