I am also responsible to establish the safety culture on the project and work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. Some of my other responsibilities would include to build our people, build our business, participate in project planning, assist with buy out, assist with proposals and presentations, ensure the submittal review system is accurate, create and execute punch list plan, review as-builts, and keep management informed on status of work, issues that may escalate, resource gaps and unmanaged risks.

BCT III: My role with this team includes utilizing the three phase controls with the USACE to manage the quality of the project. I attended and held Preparatory meetings, Initial control meetings, and conducted follow up inspections. I created and utilized deficiency lists, check lists, coordinated with special inspectors for field testing, and tracking systems for required inspections for the buildings. I conducted inspections utilizing NFPA 13, NFPA 54, SMACNA, IBC, IPC, IMC, etc...

Essex Meadows Phase IV: Assisted living facility renovation and addition. 2 story slab on grade with cast in place concrete walls on first floor, wood frame and truss second floor. Included new commercial kitchen in existing facility I worked directly with the onsite client for the coordination and quality verification of the field operations for this project. I conducted pre-con, coordination, and follow up meetings with all vendors, client and designers. This project received the Charles H. Weitz Award for Excellence.

Warwick Forest: 2 Independent Living Buildings, 3 stories each, slab on grade, wood frame, TJI floor systems, 45 residences per building, common areas, elevators, and separate mechanical systems. A Community Center, indoor pool, theater, commercial kitchen, dining area, and common spaces, An assisted living building addition, two dining areas, administration area. Community Center and Assisted Living building was slab on grade, steel frame, steel truss system. Site work consisted of retention ponds, utilities, mass excavation, hardscapes, irrigation, landscape, and asphalt paving. My role with this team included the schedule, coordination, and quality verification of all field operations for the construction of one of the ILU buildings, finishes for the second ILU building, and construction of the ALU.

StoneRidge: Addition of dining area, bistro, indoor pool, and two Independent Living Units, 60 residences total. ILU’s were slab on grade, cast in place walls, wood frame, hydronic mechanical, elevators, CMU stairwells. Pool and commons building were slab on grade, slab on deck, structural steel, and light gauge frame, exposed glue lam beams above pool, epdm roof, and commercial kitchen. My role with this team included schedule, coordination and quality verification of all field activities reporting to Senior Superintendent. This project received the Charles H Weitz Award for Excellence.
