Dear Sir or Madam:
Submitted for your review and consideration is a copy of my resume. I feel that the diversity of my twenty-five plus years in the commercial and residential construction industry, sales, and supervisory experience would be an asset to you and your organizations. I am a highly motivated individual with the ability to work in varied environments. I am confident in my abilities and feel that I can become an immediate contributor to your operation.
I am forwarding my qualifications to you in order to explore opportunities within your organization. I believe my in-depth knowledge of this industry, project management, sales and basic people skills can be easily tailored to meet your requirements.
The position I currently seek should take full advantage of my proven work ethics, stability, consistency, adaptability and the ability to work well within budgetary constraints. The fact that I am well accustomed to excelling high stress/high activity environments is a combination that will afford me the opportunity to contribute the attainment of your objectives almost on an immediate basis.
During my career, safety has always been a priority, proven by my safety record. Inspection pass record has been at 98%. Project close-out and owner satisfaction has always been very good.
My resume is as comprehensive as possible, yet it cannot convey the full extent of my experience. For this reason, I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person so that we can discuss in further detail my potential as it relates to your organization.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your attention and consideration.
Sincerely,
Larry O’Guin
