EXPERIENCE:
I have been a member of the Seafarer's International Union from January 2002 to the present. My present rating is Q.M.E.D (Qualified Member Engine Department). have served on 12 different Merchant ships and have over 2000 sea hours on record.
DUTIES:
Maintenance of steam systems, refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical system, water purifiers, oily water seperator, fuel and oil seperator, various pumps and different types of engines and generators. Welding pipe and structural, machining for pumps, engines and deck related equipment.
7C,s Welding, Inc. from November 1996-January 2002. performed repair work on barges and tug boats. Structural welding and engine maintenance.
Marine Systems, Inc. July 1992-November 1996. rebuilding and maintenance of various types of engine and gear boxes.
TECHNICAL EDUCATION:
Advanced technology Institute from July 1990-July 1992. completed: Marine Engines, Power Plant Operations, Fuel and Lubrication Systems, Pumps Operations, Welding and Lathe Operation.
