* Hired, trained and led three regional managers and 68 on-site management personnel.
* Managed a $3.8M annual budget. Handled all vendor selection and contract negotiations for a vendor base of 100+.
* Developed and coordinated all marketing programs, utilizing yellow page advertising, local flyers and coupon distribution.
