QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS
▪ Provided detailed quantity cost estimates including, labor based on man hour / production rates for all projects ranging from 1M – 155M, successfully bringing projects in under developer’s por forma budget by using estimating software (On-center, Quest), digitizer, Excel spread sheets, networking and soliciting pre-qualified subcontractor and vendor proposals.
▪ Worked closely with developer, architect, engineers, subcontractors and financial institution to review all project plans and specifications in order to establish a working set of bid documents that would meet the developer’s por forma budget.

▪ Assistant superintendent on (329 unit) four story multifamily project. Duties included but were not limited to all framing, concrete and masonry construction. As phases of project neared completion I was also responsible for all unit punch-out and interior owner walks. Project completed one month before owners anticipated completion date.
▪ Designed custom high end homes using ArchiCad 6.5 from conceptual design to finished working drawings.
▪ Responsible for purchasing all building materials and approving all building related invoices, before accounts receivable. Thus yielding the owner an 8% return on incorrect and over billed invoices.
