01/2005 – current NW Regional Construction Manager
Fairfield Residential (FF Development L.P.)
Responsibility included; Complete startup and setup of new regional office, defining and hiring of all new employees, complete management and accountability for all projects. Projects consist of; 3 story garden style units, 6 story condominiums w/underground parking, 5 story apartment buildings w/underground parking and 7 story mixed use building which included commercial areas and residential apartments along with underground parking. Approximately 1700 units are completed with total budgets consisting of approximately $250,000,000.00.
6/2004 – 11/2004 General Manager
Total Window & Door LLC
Responsibilities include; company operations including manpower allocation, scheduling, estimating, job costs and budgets. Projects range from $2,000 to $900,000 plus. Projects are located in Washington, Oregon and California.
2000 – 6/2004 Construction Manager
Intracorp of Seattle
Responsible for build out of a mixed use/residential condominium building. Responsibilities include revising budget for owner approval and complete accountability for project. Duties include budget, scheduling, monthly reports, management of staff and all duties to turnover. Project consists of 106 residential units and approximately 8000 SF of commercial storefront area. Three levels of underground parking with 4 ½ levels of residential units. Gross heated area is 121,000 SF with a total budget of approximately $22,000,000.00.Worked on setup, design and review of other various projects.
1996 - 2000 Project Manager
Sundquist Homes, Inc. - Lynnwood, WA
Duties include feasibility through close out. Set up of budgets, project schedule, project specifications and the maintenance of them. Managed and directed all aspects of the entitlement process. Worked with owner and consultants to design site plan and product and bring to project final approval. Directed and managed consultants through the submittals and approval process to the start of construction. Oversaw and managed the construction through completion to the final close out of the project.
Multi-Family Projects range from $5,500,000.00 to $35,000,000.00. Buildings range from single story slab on grade to 4 stories post tension slab building with underground parking.
1994 - 1996 Operations/Construction Manager
Puget Sound Construction Company of Washington, Inc. - Lynnwood, WA
In charge of complete operations and re-organization of PSCW. Set up complete organizational structure, hired employees, set up all accounting systems, inspection procedures, job cost system, purchase order system and estimating procedures. Duties include all aspects of developing of land from the feasibility study through the completion of construction. Construction of multi-family units and single family. Inspections of properties including remolding and renovations of held properties. Complete accounting and project management of in and out of area projects.
Projects range from $1,500.00 (residential remodels) to $13,000,000.00 (multi-family projects-Arizona).
Responsibilities include developing, mobilization, complete project management, jobs costing, accounting and close out.
1985 - 1994 Owner/Operator
Full Circle Design Group, Inc. - Edmonds, WA
Controller and owner projects include; commercial construction, residential remodeling and a interior design company. Services provided were complete design and construction from conception to completion. Installed and distributed a full line of interior products cabinets, hard surfaces, window coverings, furniture and all related interior items. Design and construction include: restaurants, residential, multi-family, dental, tenant improvements and various projects.
Duties include complete company management, design, sales and marketing, scheduling, project management and full financial accounting for all projects.
