Provided project controls for aggressive schedule of rebuilding or replacement of approximately fifteen to twenty tanks per year for a three year completion of fifty + tanks. Project consist of a 4-leg Platform bridge-linked to existing Alba B2 Platform, two 100% capacity gas turbine driven single stage compression units, power generation and other utilities, safety systems.
