• Wilderness at the Smokies/Wyndahm Vacation Ownership; Sevierville, TN – Coordination of all daily jobsite activities for the simultaneous construction of two six-story, one hundred unit each Dietrich cold-formed steel shell luxury timeshare buildings. Responsibilities included the development the project baseline schedule, evaluating and forecasting schedule performance, and institution of positive actions for maintaining the project schedule. Contract value - $45 MM
• Wilderness Event Center Hotel and Waterpark; Sevierville, TN – Lead superintendent for the construction of a six-story, two hundred forty room concrete and wood frame hotel, restaurant and waterpark. Responsibilities included direct daily supervision of the structural foundation subcontractor for construction of the two stories below grade concrete structure and managing the daily activities of five area superintendents for the completion of the project. Project completed eleven days early on an aggressive twelve month schedule and received the South Central Construction Magazine 2008 Award of Excellence – Multi Residential. Contract value - $21 MM
• Wyndahm Governors Crossing; Sevierville, TN – Assigned as a structural superintendent for self performance of foundation, retaining wall and slab work for four-story, twenty four unit wood frame luxury timeshares with extensive concrete foundations. Reassigned to complete dry in and finishes on a building that was eight weeks behind schedule with sixty days to scheduled completion. Completed dry in to CO in fifty six days. Contract value - $8 MM
• Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel and Convention Center; Orlando, FL – Area superintendent assigned to manage one half of a fourteen-story, one thousand five hundred room post tension concrete frame hotel during both structural and finish phases of the project. Responsibilities included coordinating the daily activities of assistant superintendents, craft workers and subcontractors. Project completed 75 days ahead of schedule and received the AGC 2007 Horizon Award as well as the 2007 Project of the Year designation from the Associated Builders and Contractors Central Florida Chapter. Contract value - $185 MM

Plan, organize, and manage the overall construction of industrial parks for owner/general contractor. Responsibilities include budgeting, estimating, permitting, negotiation of subcontractor contracts, coordination of site utilities, submittal and final shop drawing review of concrete tilt wall panels and structural steel submittals, processing monthly pay requisitions, and change order management. Develop project schedules; site logistics plans, hoisting plans, formwork systems, budgets and manpower requirements. Additional duties include coordination of all concrete inspections and sequencing of various mix designs for slab pours, management of all remedial work and onsite safety coordinator. • Oceanside 6; Fisher Island, FL – Lead superintendent on an eight-story drop beam concrete structure with 285,000 sf of elevated decks. General Contractor – Turner Construction. Structural contract value - $5 MM.
• Bayview 7; Fisher Island, FL – Promoted from field engineer/general foreman after top out to superintendent for the completion of a six-story drop beam concrete structure with 150,000 sf of elevated decks, swimming pool and pool deck. General Contractor – Turner Construction. Structural contract value - $3 MM.
• Ocean Club Ocean Tower 1; Key Biscayne, FL – Field engineer on fourteen-story post tension concrete structure with 250,000 sf of elevated decks and three-story parking garage. General Contractor – Morse Diesel Construction. Structural contract value - $5 MM
