As a Project Manager, Mr. Hammons managed a team of project control specialists, defining and revising methods and strategies regarding implementation, deployment, maintenance and progress reporting, as necessary. His additional duties include development of work breakdown structures (WBS); schedule cost and resource loading; and project progression analysis including delay, recovery, resource allocation, earned value management, and data synchronization verification between PRIMAVERA-6.0, Oracle financial suite, and C.E.F.M.S. Mr. Hammons provides knowledge transfer as needed to designated Army Corp. District personnel in the use of Primavera, Oracle and C.E.F.M.S. Additionally, he identifies system problems and coordinates issues.
Project Site Manager/Office Manager/Project Controls Manager, Electrical and Instrumentation Unlimited, 2000-2003
As a Project Site Manager, Office Manager, and Project Controls Manager, Mr. Hammons managed fast paced construction turn around projects inclusive of but not limited to project controls, P-3 scheduling, and planning requirements. He was involved in the estimating and planning for all change order work and scope additions. Mr. Hammons’ presence was required at six daily meetings with plant and management contractor to ensure coordination and milestone achievements. He managed a $100M plant expansion and turn around upgrade. The upgrade and turn around was on-time and within budget with extensive scope addition and change orders. Mr. Hammons also managed a team of project control specialists. This involved Primavera P-3 scheduling and planning requirements, cost control, document control, problem solving, and troubleshooting. He was responsible for the tracking of production percent complete, earned value management, budget forecasting, monitoring of profit percentages, and all daily time for 175 employees.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Hammons oversaw all electrical construction aspects of the Days Inn in Daphne, AL. This was inclusive of project controls, site management, permitting, and meeting all local and state code requirements.
