Managed the construction of two 44-story glass towers with 123 rooms, 213 residences, 23 condominium-hotel units and a four level, 850 space underground parking garage.
Supervised the development of Renaissance Square, a dramatic new $400 million, 890,000 s.f., mixed-use complex in downtown White Plains.
Supervised the construction and design of an on-site commercial laundry facility for in-house hotel use plus, four custom commercial kitchens designed by the head chef of Ritz Carlton and consultants.
Built a 10,000-square-foot luxury spa and fitness center with pool, meeting room and special event space, two restaurants (renowned BLT Steak, and Restaurant 42 on the 42nd floor of Tower A).
Directly responsible for all architectural design and M.E.P, project coordination and build-out, working closely with owner Louis Cappelli, executive chef and partner Laurent Tourondel of BLT and executive chef Anthony Goncalves of Restaurant 42.
