My background includes cost-efficient management projects up to $125 million in cost, 750,000 sq. ft. and 2 years in duration; workflow coordination and supervision of crews of up to 300; resource allocation, purchasing, equipment and material selection to meet value design standards; consistently meeting project budgets and deadlines. I am also skilled in architectural drafting and design, specification review, research and report preparation, writing and editing, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local code codes and regulations. I have worked productively with a variety of international clients and am available for travel and relocation worldwide.
I received my Bachelor of Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, and have completed more than 800 hours of continuing education in Construction Management, offered by the Boeing Company, The Austin Company, Pharmacia-Upjohn-Pfizer, Walsh Construction along with The Army Core of Engineers Quality Control training courses along with M385 1-1 Safety Training through the Army Core of Engineers.
