To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to inquire about opportunities for a Project Construction Manager / Superintendent posted on your web page. Attached is my resume for your review.
I have extensive experience as a Construction Manager /Superintendent managing various projects ranging from residential to commercial as well as design build and plan and spec projects. My experience includes both new construction and extensive renovation projects. My most recent position was at Cutler Associates in Worcester, MA where I managed the construction of industrial, scholastic, and multi-unit projects. Without exception, I have completed each project under budget and on-time.
I have a great deal of versatility and am an active, engaged employee. At Cutler, I served on several committees including Safety, Green Team (lead project planning), and Functions (team, moral building). I have assisted the design team during the preconstruction process with estimating, site visits and value engineering. A key priority for me has always been developing strong relationships with my customers, as is indicated by my high customer survey ratings.
I can furnish you with recommendation letters, references and a job portfolio upon request. Please feel free to contact me at my home phone number of 508-347-8143 or via email.
Sincerely,
Mark J. DiBiasie
