Provided senior level leadership to the second shift at this $142 million manufacturing facility. Schedule acceleration created the need for an additional shift to complete the work.
Project Executive: AstraZeneca Boston R & D, Waltham, MA
Responsible for P & L, safety and schedule for this $90 million, 5-story research laboratory and separate 5-story office building, connected via a bridge over wetlands. Received LEED Gold certification for this 135,000 SF facility.
Project Executive: Genzyme Science Building, Framingham, MA
In charge of overall P & L, safety and schedule for this $105 million, 6-story Research Center (188,000 SF) and Central Utility Plant (27,000 SF). Largest LEED Gold certified laboratory at the time. Project won the 2007 Project of the Year by the Construction Management Association of America, New England Chapter.
Senior Project Manager: Intercontinental Hotel, 500 Atlantic Avenue, Boston, MA
Assisted the MEP coordination team in conflict resolution with the A/E and subcontractors at this $225 million, 25-story hotel/condominium building.
Senior Project Manager: UMass School of Medicine Facade Replacement, Worcester, MA
Started the commissioning effort on the MEP upgrades and new equipment for this $68 million renovation to an occupied University Medical School and Hospital campus.
Senior Project Manager: Wyeth Pharmaceutical R&D Lab/Office Renovations, Cambridge, MA
Assisted with the project completion and close-out of this 22,000 SF renovation of a two-story building. Facility also included an NMR unit and a crystallography laboratory.
Senior Project Manager: Merck Boston Research Center, Boston, MA
Managed $56 million worth of MEP subcontracts for a 12-story, 615,000 SF pharmaceutical research & development facility. Central Utility Plant included 3200 tons of chilled water, 135# steam distribution, 1.5 million pounds of sheet metal delivering 1 million CFM from 34 AHUs. Installed, started-up and commissioned 69 protocols with 9000 hard-wired BAS points.

A $359 million project that included two 37 story towers and 1.8 million SF of space. Also included a 191 room Ritz Carlton hotel, 300 luxury condominium apartments, a 19 screen Loews Cineplex, and a 100,000 SF LA-Sports Club facility with below grade parking for 1100 cars.
