Consulted homeowners through the Ubuildit program in order for the achievement of their goals to be met in building their own custom homes.

Field Manager IV (2007 - 2008)
Managed all assigned construction operations and personnel, while maintaining systems and procedures that ensure homes are built in accordance with quality standards, specified build time and within homes budget.
• Completed two 3000 square foot model homes from lumber drop to decorator install. Set standards for company model home cycle time template.
• Teamed with purchasing and estimating department to prototype 5 new plans. Contributed to cost savings by holding suppliers and subcontractors accountable for materials and labor.
• Initiated a partnership with local police department so they could track high theft items by knowing specific locations in the neighborhood. This resulted in the arrest of individuals who were stealing copper and other building materials and a reduction in construction cost.
• Collaborated with construction service department to implement an inline inspection process that improved the efficiency and quality of the homes under construction.
Field Manager III (2006- 2007)
Team player in a high volume neighborhood that managed 12-15 starts per month from frame drop to drywall install. I managed the construction materials and the scheduling of inspections for city, engineering and quality inspections. This improved the homes budgets amount by 15 %.
• Managed 12-15 frame drops per month for 6 months which resulted in making neighborhood projections and division year end numbers.
• Worked with lead field manager in implementing customer warranty tracking program notifying field personnel of outstanding work orders so they could be immediately addressed. This resulted in lowering warranty cycle time significantly.
• Team player in closing 41 homes in 2007 resulting in division to make year end numbers.
• Managed transition phase in closing out neighborhood, closing 21 homes in 2nd quarter of 2007, also completed 50 customer service requests and maintaining a 9.3 customer satisfaction average. Recognition from division president for outstanding customer satisfaction in quarter.

In several high volume neighborhoods as a senior field manager and with the lead field manager we assisted in mentoring two field managers to become the #2 ranked neighborhoods for Fox and Jacobs while receiving numerous recognition awards for quality construction cost savings, customer warranty cycle time and customer satisfaction.
• Managed 20 starts per month frame drop to drywall. Results added to record division closings and physical year 2004.
