Executive Vice President, Center of Gravity Engineering Solutions, Inc., 2009 to 2010.
Recruited to set up business operations, including processes, procedures and forms for this startup electro-mechanical engineering services firm. Created a database for managing sales leads and arranged international sales representation.
Interim VP/Director – Product Integration Engineering, Capstone Turbine Corporation, 2005 to 2009. Led team of 44 for this $60M
turbine generator designer and assembler. Designed and developed new products, directing all outsourced manufacturing, including overseas. Managed customer service and oversaw
$7M budget.
Senior Vice President of Operations, Thermo Kinetics Industries, Inc., 2002 to 2004.
Promoted to lead all Operations, adding finance, HR, data processing and construction
to responsibilities. Oversaw $7M budget and 45 employees. Managed staffing, scheduling, equipment commissioning, after sales service, warranty and collections.
Vice President of Projects, Thermo Kinetics Industries, Inc., 1999 to 2002. Directed all disciplines of projects inclusive of IT services, purchasing, expediting, project
management, engineering, service and fabrication for this $8M designer and manufacturer. Also led quality, safety and planning while managing staff of 25 and $4M
