Super Target Smyrna TN: $8.5 million. Construction of new Target store, through hands on with superintendent was able to bring this project in under budget. Target realized savings of $80,000.00
Super Target Springhill, TN: $8.5 million. Construction of new Target Store, this project also realized a savings to Target of $95,000.00
Target Kingsport TN: $5.5 million, Construction of new Target Store hands on management realized a savings to Target of $30,000.00. MCDR self performed concrete work and had a net savings of $50,000.00 through hands on day to day operations with superintendent.
Target Yukon, OK: $5.6 million, realized net savings to Target of $100,000.00
Target Broken Arrow, OK: $5.5 million. Realized savings to Target of $125,000.00
Shops of Broken Arrow, Broken Arrow, OK: $5.5 million. A multi tenant project with Marshall’s, Petsmart, Rue 21, Famous Footwear, Maurice’s, stand alone AT & T. Managed the project to a realized savings of $85,000.00 above projected fee. We were able to make the additional profit through contract negotiations and bidding.
Shops of Broken Arrow, Outlot #5: $2.1 million. A multi tenant three building complex including site work. Projected savings through contract negotiations of $10,000.00.
ARFF Tunica Fire Station: $2.1 million. A fire station at the Tunica Airport. Construction is under way, through contract negotiations a projected savings of $7,000.00.
Bruceton Hollow Rock School addition: $2.6 million.

During the bidding process I am charged with subcontractor prospecting, bid analysis, estimating, review of project documents prior to bid day. Once project is handed to me the bids are further reviewed and discussed with the low subcontractor, at this time I negotiate with subcontractor to obtain further savings for the company. I am also responsible for subcontracts scope of work preparation, building project schedule, and complete project buyout. I work closely with superintendent to construct the project and deliver the job on time and under budget.
