Collaborated on reviewing the DD set and producing CDs for this 150M, residential building that is a 13 story luxury curbed structure with 99units, a 2-Fl underground garage, an open courtyard with pool and a rooftop park like area. Worked reviewing & detailing some of the two elevations elements ie.: storefronts, balconies, terraces, parapets, windows, railings, ornamental columns, panelized facades and the underground parking garage. Responsible for editing & coordinating the CDs with all disciplines & trades during the design, bidding, pre / construction phases. In charge of producing offering plans, DOB set, egress plans and all documents needed to secure all permits & CO.- Worked in producing CDs for this 250 M, 841.000SF residential facility that is dual eight 8 story towers with 531-units, a 3-Fl underground garage, an open garden courtyard & a complex eight finish material facade. Responsible for designing & detailing the entire roof system, stair / mechanical bulkheads and the coordination with the other engineering disciplines. Plus, I developed & detailed the storefront system for the residential / retail ground floor as well as the railing systems for all balconies, terraces, building setbacks & all interior duplex units. - Collaborated on the DD & CD phase of this 450M, residential complex that is two 48 story luxury towers with 901units, a 10-Fl garage & a 30.000 SF rooftop park. Worked on the design & detailing of the vertical transportation ie: garage / tower core / egress stairs, elevators, connecting ramps, corridors & egress paths. Detailed the railing systems for the garage ramps & parking perimeter. And I contributed to the development of the exterior garage facade & parking design. - Assisted on the DD phase of this 150M conversion of the 210,000 SF 1927 structure, that is a 23-story tower with 66 units, new building core, double height penthouses ,terraces, floor to ceiling & some 14ft rosette windows added to the historic facade. Worked on the development & detailing of the reflected ceiling and flooring systems. Proposed solutions to address the sensible issue of adding new windows types to a well known NYC landmark building.

In charge of producing CDs for a 2M-office renovation project for Robeco and DDs for a two story 15,000 SF corporate outfit for AMA in the Chrysler Building’s 60th Fl. Assisted on the CD phase of a 15M, 2-floor renovation project for the largest defense contractor, Grumman. It’s scope included design & detailing of an interior elevator, 2 lobbies & one new egress exit. - Also, worked on the SD phase of a 2M-apartment renovation that included combining 4 dwelling units on the 59th Fl. & (1) on the 60th Fl. into a single duplex unit. – Also collaborated on the DD & CD sets for this Sweden’s retailer H & M’s first U.S. showroom store. Responsible for developing & detailing the store vertical transportation system including escalators, elevators & stairs. I also contributed in the development of the exterior/interior store facade & store sections.

In charge of handling the filing process of projects for DOB’s approval. The scope included: preliminary zoning analysis, site surveying, as-built & fire protection drawings production, architectural design updates, DOB‘s review & code compliance. Worked in the conceptual & schematic design phases of this high-end 6,000SF-shoe store. Also, detailed all costume millwork for The Norfolk Medical Center in the Bronx. Acted as an Owner, Architect, Interior Designer, Project & Construction Manager by designing & detailing all architectural & engineering documents to construct two private residences of my own, in South America.

Managed the renovation of (4) NYC homeless center projects. The scope extended from drafting the reports & budgets, producing the CD sets, and coordinating their construction until their final sign-off. Also, responsible for creating practical and real solutions to renovate a 100 years old, 6-building complex landmark. Assisted in designing, specifying, and detailing the 400-drawings CD set in order to restore all 6 buildings to their original architectural glory. In addition, teamed up to create an entire design scheme and to produce the 300-drawings CD set for a new 60M, 3-floor pilot Middle/High School project within an accelerated 5-months schedule. Responsible for assisting in all the phases from conceptual design to the actual bid set. And produced full architectural CD bid sets for a citywide Boiler Replacement Project. The scope called for architectural & structural works to accommodate a new heating system for 20 school buildings.
