• Monitored subcontractor performance and third party construction inspector compliance progress to ensure that specification are met as per contract documents.
• Responsible for field operations and subcontractor coordination including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations, exterior and interior build out, maintaining of subcontractor planning and scheduling implementations, resource utilizations; QC verification of procurement materials and equipment associated with material receiving verification cost control.
• Preformed QC inspection of all craft field installations to ensure contractual safety requirements, subcontractor safety program implementation, quality of field installations; and that materials, equipment, and quality of installations followed contractor work scope and specification.
• Specific areas of construction experience are electrical installations, piping, and structural. Environmental compliance including but not limited to erosion control, hazardous labeling, and managing of contracted hazardous waste control removal and waste packaging, transportation to waste disposal facility, and restoration of premises.
