Projects were managed from start to finish. School projects included San Jacinto Unified School District, Murrieta Unified School District, Perris Unified School District, Corona Unified School District, Apple Valley Unified School District, Menifee Unified School District, and Mesa Unified School District.
Construction Project Manager, Clark Construction Group, 2001-2003
Sea Tac International Airport, South Terminal Expansion Project. A $450 Million, 900,000 Sq Ft steel structure. Managed subcontractors including masonry, excavating, cementitous waterproofing, bituminous damproofing, rock masonry, and landscaping. Responsible for managing all change orders and negotiations with the owner. Duties also included managing the central portion of the project, including excavation, concrete, structural steel, electrical, mechanical, and demolition of the existing structures including the South Terminal Transit System, as well as scheduling, supervising, and managing all trades as the construction superintendent prior to the promotion to project manager.

Responsible for managing highly intense commercial build outs with accelerated schedules. Clients included IBM, PSE, Mariners, WR Hambercht, and Verizon Wireless. Responsible for the construction of more than a dozen retail stores in less than a 6 week period.
