Project: Responsible for a forty three story high rise condominium with townhouse/pool/retail podium & underground parking garage (900+ autos) with a public park on the roof at grade level. At a construction cost of $118m.
This project was unique in that it occupied an entire city block with future phase II tower being
planned for the opposite corner of the site. The garage was completely underground, located
in-between the towers, and was built ¡§top-down¡¨ construction using caissons with slurry walls.
