Qualifications
Able to safely and effectively operate excavators (license class LE), loader backhoes, front-end loaders, rock trucks and skid steers within a variety of environments
Able to hold and cut final grade.
Experience in septic systems, sewer and water main, demolition, loading trucks, residential, working around gas/hydro lines.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations associated with operating heavy equipment
Ability to follow, promote and implement safety standards
Able to perform equipment maintenance
Able to work effectively in stressful situations whilst maintaining composure
Exceptional time management skills: able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
Able to work productively within a team as well as independently
Able to effectively and respectfully delegate tasks in a positive manner
