I am able to lead and direct complex projects from point of bid to completion and customer acceptance. With my team, I implemented management capabilities to work in unison with customers and subcontractors across all area of responsibility and accountability. Owner/Operator
Not A Problem, Inc. is a small construction company that specializes in kitchen, bathroom and commercial renovations. I started my business as a handyperson company and grew into remodeling, which included upgrades in all aspects of a construction project to include concrete, electrical, plumbing, framing, tile, painting, and finish carpentry either in house or subcontracted. As a hands on owner, I am responsible for completing the project from walk-through, design, estimating, contracts, invoicing, purchasing, coordinating multiple jobs, personnel to the punch list. The commercial remodels consist of restaurants, fitness centers and churches that were completed on time and under budget. My company also has implemented “green” practices for many years when applicable and in the best interest of the client. Through this company policy of putting the client first, I was able to have a broad client base and referrals for many years.

Project Manager/Estimator
I oversaw insurance restoration projects from the estimate to completion and gained knowledge into another facet of this industry.

Project Engineer
My duties included material takeoffs for lumber packages needed for the construction of docks.
I wrote contracts for upcoming projects and gained more knowledge of Excel and Word programs.
November 1985 to 1991 Western Ventures Construction, Inc. Bellevue, WA
Project Manager/Lead Estimator
As Lead Estimator, I was responsible for procuring and completing bid documents and compiling estimates and budget numbers for every specification section allocated for that particular project. Upon being awarded a project, I would begin the project management phase that included subcontractor selection and contracts, job meetings, schedules, purchasing, coordinating crews, pay requests, change orders, negotiations and client satisfaction to the completion of the job.
