I have 37 years experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry. I have worked as a laborer, carpenter, iron worker, carpenter foreman, superintendent, and assistant project manager. I have supervised a variety of building projects (office buildings, movie theatres, medical buildings, hotels, car dealerships, swimming pools, truck terminals, industrial projects, road and site utilities projects, and numerous add-ons). I am a superintendent that can run a job site from start to finish with excellent leadership and organizational skills. I strive to complete projects on time and under budget.
In addition to my extensive construction experience, I have a background in mathematics. I am knowledgeable of city ordinances/building codes and can read structural, architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical blueprints. I am hardworking, dedicated, trustworthy, and welcome any assignment as an exciting challenge.
I believe I would be an excellent addition to your organization and would like to discuss superintendent position that you currently have available.
Sincerely,
Michael “Mickey” D. Bahr
