Duties: Field Superintendent over the construction sites of Retaining Walls and tie rods. Operate Heavy Equipment and Drills, along with Mig, Stick & Tig Welding. Read and implement building guide lines via blue prints. Supervisor over 10-20 employees on each site. Making sure every morning that each construction site has all fuel and materials that are needed, along with making sure each site is fully staffed with laborers, welders and equipment operators. Manage employee’s hours on each job and that all correct time sheets are turned in weekly. Maintaining full correspondence with all contractors/subcontractors and inspectors in all areas of the projects, along with maintaining all tests to correspond with State regulations.

Duties: Field Superintendent over the construction sites of steel erections, such as air/dust filtration systems (bag houses). I managed crews of 10-70 employees, depending on the size of the job contract. I was Safety Director over the Project Sites, OSHA Safety rules and regulations. Maintaining scheduled work hours, equipment maintenance and mechanical repair, along with operations of such equipment. Stick, MIG arch and flux core welding. Reading blue prints and implementing the erection of steel structures. Prefab and installation of all pop up valves and duct work. Coordinating all employees’ daily duties and maintaining the correct procedures of such duties throughout the work day. Making sure all permits for all contractors were posted at the beginning of each and every work day. Scheduling of all deliveries and making sure of their timely arrival. Coordinating daily with the customers and upper management, along with attending all scheduled meetings at the beginning of each and every work day and when other wise scheduled. Traveled with job on a 95% basis.

Duties: CNC MACHINIST. I operated injection and blow Mold machines, Baggers & Paletizer's. I performed maintenance, mold changes and setups. Maintained all bottle grinders, cutting edges and also had to make sure all vacuum lines for material, virgin and regrind, was consistency 70 virgin and 30 regrind. Maintained all color bottles and make sure they had right consistency. Make sure all rail cars with virgin materials were emptied and changed for each department. Drop test and thread test for dimensions in the tolerance range for quality control.
