Leveraged large-scale experience to manage 1200-ton, structural steel Light Rail Facility project for Consolidated Steel Services and multiple multi-million dollar steel projects for RK Specialties. Enabled both companies to expand market share as a result of enhanced management capability.
Guided multi-million dollar automotive facility construction projects. Managed concurrent construction and brand recognition projects for AutoNation’s North American Rental Car Division. Supervised construction of multi-brand retail automotive center. Completed projects on time, under budget, with minimal disruption to operations.
Developed niche market and influenced State policy. Established a consulting firm that enabled schools to realize significant cost savings and improve quality during major capital construction projects. Inspired public policy changes in Wyoming, helping ensure more cost effective and higher quality public-funded projects.
Directed daily operations on Federal remediation project. Recruited to manage U. S. Department of Energy sponsored reclamation projects. Led 260-member workforce on a $24 million Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action Program project in WY, program’s first early completion/under-budget effort. Instrumental in other program firsts.
Pioneered development of critical national energy source. Participated in National Science Foundation funded alternative energy research projects. Honored as major contributor to the development of first working photovoltaic at the University of Delaware. Managed the first photovoltaic laboratory at Westinghouse Research & Development.

Senior Project Manager, Consolidated Steel Services, 2001-2003. Engaged in design engineering and technical support to customers, consultants and subcontractors. Managed largest-ever structural steel projects.
Senior Account Manager, InterPlan CM, Inc., 1999-2001. Managed projects for Alamo and National car rental companies related to capital improvement and brand recognition campaigns. Solicited bids, awarded contracts, interpreted design documents, reviewed progress and quality, developed reports, and closed out projects.
