The contract is a LSTK based lump sum turnkey project, supplying all the engineering design, procurement, procurement planning, with all the documentation presentation to the client Indian Oil Corporation, for approval and execution. Total in charge for civil, mechanical, instrumentation project jobs. Project planning with engineers, monthly progress status reporting. We have taken up a job in utilities offsite Naphtha loading unloading terminal dismantling and construction hook up jobs, civil jobs fly over construction jobs passing over the existing roads. Instrumentation jobs loop checks, cabling to PIB and central control room. All the contract tendering Zero costing for the project , contractors for the project fixing, allotment as per their credentials.

Gas sweetening, de sulpharization with cobalt molly COMOX catalyst with zinc oxide beds for gas desulphurization, preheating the gas to 325*C and subjected to the hydro-treators and reforming the gas in a reformer. Instrumentation, process ESD checks, reformer logics total in charge for the operations.
Troubleshooting of field instrumentation related field problems. Investigate plant and equipment trips and provide remedial engineering recommendations. Preparing engineering budgetary cost estimates. Provide technical support to maintenance and operation with regards to instrumentations, DCS, and auxiliary control systems like PLC's and Compressor control systems. Recommend modifications to improve the performance of field instrumentations and process control. Size control valves, orifice plates, and relief valves using certified sizing software. Communicate with equipments vendors and technical consultants to resolve complex issues concerning new technology and upgrades of equipments. Review company engineering standards and participate in standards reviews committees. Support and troubleshoot on-line analyzers and their associated sampling systems.
