I was Forman on a remodel of a school into a 25 unit apartment building. My duties included lay out the waste, vent and water lines. I worked in two factories, Floralware, and Empac in Chaska, Waconia, and Chanhassen, where I disconnected, moved, and hooked up chilled water, oil, and air lines to the injection molding machines. I also installed air, and heating ventilation, sprinkler system, ran the gas piping for the heating and air conditioner roof top systems, and ran water lines for a distilled water system. Installed an industrial vacuum system, and did the remodel, and repairs of the bathrooms, and kitchens. I have remodeled three houses: in these I worked on sheet rock, trim framing, electric, plumbing, tiling, wood floors, and painting. I built and managed a move-in house and remodeled it and brought it up to code. I contracted the building of a new house and did a lot of the work myself: framing, plumbing, heating, tiling, flooring, painting, staining, and landscaping. I have also had experience in running a water well drilling rig, and water well repair rig, and arc welding. I have extensive experience in running various power tools and hand tools.
NOTES
Since I have been laid off in 2008, I have been actively looking for work. I am a self starter, a hard worker, and enjoy a challenge. I am responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and am a fast learner.
