Prewar ultra luxury 200,000 square foot, 20 story condominium
Job superintendent for the lobby, amenity spaces (warming kitchen, pool and pool locker room, gym, and game room), mechanical spaces, garage levels, ground through fourth floor façade, site work, courtyard, roofing, self leveling and wood floor installation, hoist run enclosure, exterior caulking, elevators, and pedestrian sheds
Project manager duties included: millwork drawing review and correction, MEP coordination corrections, limestone and granite drawing corrections, and storefront design review
