Maintenance performed on Allison 501K17 engines include: compressor change outs, inspections, blade and stator changes, can changes, igniter, and fuel system troubleshooting.
Maintenance performed on Rolls Royce LM2500 engines is: AGB changes, first through sixteen stage blade changes, power turbine, and compressor inspections. Inlet guide vanes, variable stator vanes, bleed air, igniter, and fuel systems.
Trouble shooting all electrical components such as: RDT’s, RTE’s, thermocouples, speed sensors, vibe transducers (T54), and other components associated with gas turbine engines and the engineering plant.
Responsible for developing, initiating, and overseeing a database on parts inventor of over15 million parts saving countless man-hours and thousands of dollars.
