Mr. Casad is knowledgeable in, and has over 30 years of extensive background in Civil Engineering Design and Heavy Construction Management, interlaced with substantial Field Experience in the execution of many wide ranging projects, large and small alike. Project Engineer: Natural Gas Facilities, Ju'Aymah, Saudi Arabia: Supervised survey, civil and structural crews and conducted punchout and hydrotesting inspection and coordination at natural gas fractionation and re-injection facilities in Saudi Arabia for 2 1/2 years. Owner/Developer: Casad Short Plat, Pierce County, WA: Performed site planning, engineering and marketing services for this 4-lot subdivision on 5 acres. Underlying zone had been changed and the conclusion of the plat process was critical to maintain the value of the project.
Owner/Developer: Dogwood Place, Tacoma, WA: Performed all phases of purchase, site planning, engineering and marketing services for this 10-lot subdivision located within the City of Tacoma. Boundary, storm drainage, and potential wetland problems were critical issues addressed on this project.

Site challenges incorporated meeting current storm drainage design standards. Sanitary sewer design necessitated large-scale basin plan studies.

Principal: “The Ranch” at University Place, Pierce County, WA: Provided planning, engineering, and construction management services for this planned development district consisting of 30 duplex units for this multi-family development. This project included very difficult storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and road design issues.
Principal: Allison Park, Parkland, WA: Co-created conceptual storm drainage plan for project adjacent to two sensitive wetlands for Multi-Family Duplexes, co-designed grading plan to minimize required fill. Worked with wetlands consultants for a final mitigation plans.
